Description

This is a one- time only diet plan to take you where you need to go. We can prescribe it to help with maximum fat loss, increased muscle, and increased performance in mind.

You will be guided on how to eat on both training and non-training days (the two will be vastly different). Each meal will be constructed to be metabolically precise. This means, we create the right internal environment on a cellular level for fat loss and muscle growth.

You will be guided on how and what to consume both in your metabolic window and outside of it. This is called chrononutrition, or the science of nutrient timing.

If you wish I can also include suggested supplements depending on your need, results wanted and budget. Most of your nutrients, trace minerals and vitamins will come from your quality nutrition choices but there are a short number of great quality supplements that will be assured to assist you in fantastic results (and no, fat burners and l carnitine are not either of them!).

Requirements

I will need you to fill out both our metabolic classification form and lifestyle snapshot (downloads made available on purchase) which is an extensive list of questions covering your health, history, likes, dislikes, nutrition and training. Along with this information I suggest you also attach 3 photographs (front, side and rear) so that we can assess your current level of muscle tissue and body fat.

After reviewing your highly individualised plan you will have 7 days to ask me any and all questions you have to best maximise your nutrition plan to your needs

    I thought I ate pretty well but still wasn’t getting the results I was after and I didn’t believe my training was the issue. Ingrid spent considerable time reviewing my then current nutrition plan. She provided me with some feedback and said that there was a multitude of red flags in there. Ingrid wrote a lengthy list of changes she wanted me to implement at my leisure so there was no pressure to do it all at once. What I was impressed about most probably was that she went into great detail as to WHY she was adding things, subtracting things and suggesting things. Further she backed the suggestions up with supportive evidence. 4 mornings later I woke up feeling a lot less distended in my belly. By day 10 I felt heaps better. In 2 weeks I had far more energy and by the end of the first month my skin was looking better, my bowel movements had gone back to normal, my nails felt stronger and my moods were evening out. So far I have been following her plan for 11 weeks and have dropped 5% in body fat and feel a hundred times better. I also found it refreshing that Ingrid isn’t hugely into supplements and views food as medicine which is similar to me. I now have a much better understanding of what is healthy for me for MY goals and I actually feel I may achieve them this time for once. Ingrid’s knowledge is very expansive and she enjoys teaching what she knows without you feeling like a complete dummy. I will work with Ingrid again when I want to take it up another level.
