Well let me see I lost 10 kg in 10 weeks!! And I did it in a healthy way, no crash dieting, no hours an hours of running, no fasting, I actually ate more frequent, trained less than I thought, and most of all enjoyed the whole experience.
I had trained with other trainers a few years ago, in fact I tried three, but never achieved anything close to what I wanted for myself. I just lost confidence in trainers and have since just gone at it alone. My results were still disappointing. But now, Having Ingrid as my trainer everything is perfectly on track and I am doing better than I ever have. I saw noticeable within the first ten days, which Ingrid indicated I would.

Its difficult to find the right words to express the gratitude that I feel. The changes I have undergone under your expert guidance, are quite simply profound-inside and out. For the first time in a very long time, I feel like myself again. And so a thank you somehow doesn’t seem to quite capture it. I know I have further to go but feel confident and committed to continue training and eating, such is the knowledge that you have imparted in the past three months.
