    “I was lucky enough to read a copy of this not long after Ingrid wrote it. I did the 72 hours not for any specific occasion, it was a test run to see how I felt in case I wanted to use it (I have an important birthday function coming up). I can honestly say I followed it to the letter and dropped 3.2kg. Ingrid makes it clear it is not fat, but to not “feel so bloated” is priceless and there were several good tips in there. I also liked how she provides a suitable exercise/workout program in conjunction with the eating plan. I recommend this if you do have something special that you’d like to feel and look that extra little bit better.”
