    Beautifully presented eBook and if you want different from protein powder and berries this is the book for you. I was sold on Banana Almond Creme Cake, German choccie cake, and Apple and Rubarb Pie. Fantastic recipes including post workout ones with a complex carbohydrate. If your taste buds needs a diabolical change grab a copy of this!
