    Ingrid made me get a diary in my first session. I had never used one. Now that I understand progressive overload I use my diary every single time I train. I’m lost without it as I need to compare to the week before to know I lifted better. I’m old school and like pen and paper – love it

    This is the absolute best tool I have to take me through my training. It covers everything from weights, cardio, meals, so supplements and moods. Really helpful when you hit a wall with your training to go back and see how far you have come! I love having something in my hands to write down and feel accountable. 100% recommend.

    Maybe I am showing my age but Im old school, not good with apps. I like to write everything down. This diary has everything from water intake to period notes, physical evaluation and cardio/weights sessions to record. Love it.

      Oh dear, then I too am showing my age. There is something about writing things down!!! I love keeping my training diaries, I have a heap of them in my spare room from 35 years ago!!!
